Presentation and technical description

 

It’s named TETRA, from its tetrahedral shape. On the top of the polyhedron, there will be a luminous signal. From the sides of its base, there can flex out a lip packing (from here name LIP SEAL) along the edges of the profiles to be protected. On the inferior side there will be enclosed rotateble balancing bases with function of phosphorescent sign.

The accident-prevention device will have to be made with suitable material for its function and however answering to the international norms of good technique, with particular attention to the absorption of the energy of collision, deformation, thermal excursions, chemical attacks, duration and effectiveness of the device, limitation of the damages of the hitting surface, dimensions relatively reduced in order to facilitate the maneuverability and in order not to hinder the working operations, practical in its application, not toxic, not inflammable, ecological, but above all economic for one greater diffusion.

For the hydraulic tail lift of the trucks:

- one first solution could be that to adapt and to apply TETRA on whichever slab or plate to protect, that for business strategic choices, is chosen to maintain or to postpone the substitution or the modification of the cargo tail lift; this solution is called: application solution ;

- a second one instead could be that one to only modernize the final part of the cargo tail lift already existing to protect, adapting the principles of TETRA and making it become a integrating part, this is a fixed part of the cargo tail lift, therefore, this last, again reviewed and planned. This solution is called: integral solution.
