Flexible guard-rail

Introduced at Saint Paul of Brasil from the “Via Viva Institute”, a new composite of concrete mixed with crushed tires that, within the end of the year, will be used in order to construct flexible guard-rail on 3.200 km of roads and Brazilian motorways. Objective: to diminish the gravity of the accidents.
Also in Brasil they are the tendency to soften the impacts against structures that until now all we were we accustom to you to conceive them rigid or hard. In fact the guard-rail they will be softer! This still confirms more the requirement of the signalling and protection of the loading platform with the objective in the same way to diminish the gravity of the accidents.
